HYPERSUITE DP/2: Claims Invoice Digital Processing
Insurance companies have to face a growing number of new and different challenges in the field of claims processing. HYPERSUITE LM/3 and HYPERSUITE DP/2 cater for all the functions of claims management, from invoice capture to dynamic rule checking and integration with the company's back office system. This includes an electronic archive, interfaces to data warehouses, and electronic statement distribution (via the Web).
HYPERSUITE DP/2 is the workflow module which optimises the treatment of claims invoices. Using sophisticated load balancing and intelligent routing algorithms, HYPERSUITE DP/2 processes the invoices in order to book them automatically in the insurance’s back office system. Exceptions are forwarded to the right user, having the adequate competences to investigate the cause of the exception.
