HYPERSUITE LM/3: Claims Invoice Capturing and Automatic Recognition
Insurances have to face a growing number of new and different challenges in the field of claims processing. HYPERSUITE LM/3 and DP/2 cater for all the functions of claims management, from invoice capture to dynamic rule checking and integration with the company's back office system. This includes an electronic archive, interfaces to data warehouses, and electronic statement distribution (via the Web).
HYPERSUITE LM/3 is the capturing and recognition software module which enables an insurance company to capture claims from any source (Internet, paper, etc.) automatically and trigger the claims management workflow providing full visibility as to content and context.
One of the central elements of this module is IMTF’s IDA technology (Intelligent Document Analysis). It identifies and interprets all relevant fields/segments in heterogonous documents such as an invoice, converting the paper document to a structured electronic format. A multitude of statistical information is thereby created and is used for optimising the whole recognition process.
