Sales & Account Management Executive - Banking IT


Your tasks:

  • Drive revenue and market share in a defined account / territory plan
  • Develop and execute sales engagements against a comprehensive account / territory plan
  • Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets
  • Create proposals around IMTF solutions and manage contract negotiations
  • Develop account strategy using customer's growth plans, budget and project timelines
  • Identify high potential sales opportunities and maintain a robust sales pipeline
  • Work with partners to extend & drive customer base
  • Posses technical competence to explain IMTF complementary banking solutions
  • Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts & case studies


Your profile:

  • 3-5 years of banking technology related sales experience
  • Software Sales to Banking / Finance or Insurance industry has preference
  • Tertiary education and background in IT a distinct advantage
  • Strong verbal, written, communication & presentation skills
  • Extensive customer & contact network in Banking or Finance
  • Proven high value IT solutions sales experience within banking and financial services industry
  • Fluent in GERMAN & ENGLISH (French a distinct plus)

Challenge for an HR-Manager in Givisiez / Fribourg

 

For our HR-department we are looking for an:

HR-Manager

(female / 80 %)

Your tasks:

  • Recruitment (via advertisements as well as over social media platforms such as Xing, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Personnel care and development in close collaboration with the management (you will report directly to the CFO)
  • HR-Administration from A-Z (without payroll administration)
  • Organisation of staff events
  • Contact point for all employees


Your profile:

  • You have an affinity to the IT-Business and experience in recruitment within this area
  • You convince with your open and communicative personality and appearance
  • You are a team player, are able to work under pressure and work independently
  • Your native language is German or bilingual (German / French) with good knowledge in French and English.
  • You are looking for a challenge and a customer focused job in the HR area
